Lincolnshire County Council are responsible for all areas of highways including Road Safety, Streetlighting, Road Improvements and Signs and Markings.

The "Staying Alive" Partnership has been formed to tackle the issues surrounding Road Safety. The Partnership consists of Lincolnshire County Council, Lincolnshire Police, Highways Agency and the Lincolnshire Health Authority. Information on the Partnership can be accessed on www.roadlincs.com.
