East Lindsey District Council operate a “parking permit” system only on the specified car parks, as detailed below:
LOUTH - Northgate (East), Kiln Lane, Newmarket
HORNCASTLE - The Bain
ALFORD - South Street
MABLETHORPE - Queens Park Main, Seacroft, Seaview
SKEGNESS - Arcadia, North End, Pierside North, Scarbrough Esplanade, Festival, Princes Parade, Scarbrough Avenue, Swimming Pool, Richmond Drive (Coaches Only)
SUTTON ON SEA - Broadway
SPILSBY - Post Office Lane
CHAPEL ST LEONARDS - Well Vale Drive
This facility offers substantial savings to all drivers that use the car parks on a regular basis.
Please note that purchasing a permit does NOT guarantee you a parking space.
Car Park permits should be displayed, at all times, in a conspicuous position within the windscreen of the vehicle. Vehicles must also be parked within a single marked bay. If you are unable to locate a bay then alternative parking should be found. DO NOT park in a disabled bay unless you are a disabled badge holder.
Any vehicle that is parked in contravention of the East Lindsey Car Parking Order 2002 will be issued with an Excess Charge.
East Lindsey District Council Parking Permits are non-refundable.
The District Council reserves the right to change the specified car parks and provide alternative arrangements where necessary.
