How to apply for a Monthly Parking Permit

Monthly permits can be purchased from any ELDC Council Office and are valid from the date of purchase or the date as requested by payee.

• Telephone the Car Parking Section on 01754 897421 and request a form.
•  Print off an application form by clicking here and send to the Car Parking Section, Town Hall, North Parade, Skegness, PE25 1DA

From any of the following Area Offices:

• Town Hall, Eastgate, Louth
• Town Hall, Boston Road, Horncastle
• Community Access Point, Stanley Road, Mablethorpe
• Area Office, North Parade, Skegness
• Headquarters, Manby Park

Please return the completed Application Form and the appropriate payment to: Car Parking Section, Town Hall, North Parade, Skegness, PE25 1DA.  Please allow 10 working days from receipt of your application form for your permit to be issued.
 
You can make payment by any of the following methods:

• Cheque/Postal Order should made payable to East Lindsey District Council.
• By Debit/Credit Card, please complete the card details on the application form.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST

Please note: Permits are non-refundable.
