DISABLED MOTORIST ARE NOT EXEMPT FROM CHARGES. Designated bays are provided for the use of disabled badge holders only. A disabled badge together with a valid machine ticket must be clearly displayed AT ALL TIMES, and vehicles must be parked wholly within a single marked parking bay.
