Children under the age of 4 years must be accompanied by a responsible person on a one to one basis whilst in the swimming pool complex. (Responsible person: 16 years or over).
Children aged between 4 - 7 years must be accompanied by a responsible person on a maximum two to one basis whilst in the swimming pool complex.
Children who are between 8 – 11 years and not confident/competent swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible person at all times whilst in the swimming pool on a maximum one to two basis. (Confident/competent: Able to demonstrate they can swim two lengths in a recognised stroke).
Group swimmers may, by prior arrangement, have one responsible person supervising up to ten 'swimming' children. Subject to the above regards children under 8 years.
The staff may, at their sole discretion, refuse admission if they believe that the safety of pool users is compromised.
Always listen to the advice of the Lifeguards on duty.
