Clare Freeman - Senior Arts and Events Development Officer (FT)
Clare started at the Council twelve years ago and has a background in Administration. However, she has worked in the Arts Development Team for the past eight years and is currently doing a degree in Cultural Events Management.
Since Nicki went part time, Clare has temporarily taken overall responsibility for the Arts Team. She oversees all of our projects, from the delivery of 'Wolds Words' to the management of the incredibly successful Rural and Community Touring Scheme - she is the glue that keeps us together!

Hannah Wood - Assistant Arts and Events Officer (FT)
Hannah started at ELDC two years ago as a First College Trainee. With an interest and knowledge of the arts, her traineeship seemed written for her. She has now gained full time employment in the team.
Hannah assists the organisation and delivery of projects such as the 'Wolds Words Festival' and also has overall management of the Arts Teams Administration. Hannah also administers the 'Quarterly Arts Magazine' and is the secretariat for the East Lindsey Arts Forum.

Nicki Gardner - Arts Projects Officer (PT)
Nicki started her career working as a freelance Museum Curator. When Nicki spotted the job as an 'Arts Development Officer' in Lincolnshire it seemed like the perfect opportunity for her to move on. She has now worked at ELDC for four years.
Nicki has recently taken up a new role as part time Projects Officer. Nicki's new role is to develop funding for projects such as the Wolds Words Festival and the London Mozart Players.
Nicki is also taking the lead on the new 'SEAS' project. This an international arts festival due to take place in September 2009 and will put Skegness firmly on the ma in terms of the 'Arts'.
