We operate Kingfisher Caravan Park which is a static caravan site situated in the centre of Ingoldmells, with 726 fully serviced pitches. All caravans at the park are privately owned and the site is open from mid-March to mid-November each year. Site facilities include:

• A shop
• A children’s play area
• A laundrette

Hire
We do not hire caravans to the general public or provide a lettings agency, however some tenants do rent their vans privately.

Costs
Ground rent for the 2008 season is £1955 (£2150 for ‘Super Plots’). The rental fee includes water and sewerage charges, as well as access to electricity which is metered and charged accordingly. Gas cylinders used on site must be purchased from the site office. All payments can be made by credit/debit card or cheque.

• 11^th November 2008 to 12^th March 2009
• Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
• The site office is closed 24^th December 2008 to 4^th January 2009
• Kingfisher Caravan Park re-opens on Friday 13^th March 2009
