A service offered by ELDC to provide information and advice on food safety issues in the form of leaflets/ booklets/forms as appropriate.

Who is Eligible for the Service?
The service is primarily for the benefit of all persons who are residents of ELDC. However information would still be provided to none residents either in the form of visitors to the area or even caller enquiring from outside of the district.

When & Where is the Service Available
This service is available: Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) 9.00am to 5pm The service is available at all locations within ELDC This service can be applied for in the following ways: By visiting Council offices By visiting a Customer Service Centre By calling the Council By using the Internet
Restrictions on the Service
Numbers of publications given out must be limited to no more than five copies of each item as limited supplies are available.
