The amount of Council Tax you pay depends on the valuation band your property is in.
You can find the band and charge for any property within East Lindsey by using our online Band Search. This will show the current banding, but the band of a property may increase under certain circumstances when it is sold or leased, such as when a property has been extended.
There is also a band search facility on the Valuation Office website and this shows where improvements have been made to the property which might result in a band increase when the property is sold or leased. It also shows if the band of a property has been changed in the past.
