Horncastle Voice provides information on the programme for the development of facilities and services in Horncastle.
The projects are overseen by the Horncastle Steering Group - made up of elected members from all three statutory authorities, County, District and Town Council.
In addition representatives from specialist departments in the District Council also sit on the Group. This includes Planning, Economic Development, Housing, Customer Services, Finance, Communications and Community Engagement.
