Report damage or request repairs to any of our properties Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 4.45pm by:
- Visiting a Customer Service Centre;
- Telephoning us;
- E-mailing us.

When you contact us, please ensure you have all the following details listed below to enable us to locate and repair the damage:
- The nature of the damage/fault;
- The location of the building;
- The Parish or Town name;
- Your name and contact details.
Once you have reported damage or requested a repair it will be passed to our Technical Services Department for assessment.
