Main Hall

The Main Hall is ideal for wedding receptions, banquets, dinner
dances, meetings, conferences, exhibitions, concerts and sporting activities.

Council Chamber

The Council Chamber provides an excellent venue
for smaller meetings, conferences and training courses.

Upper Room

If you require a larger meeting room, or room to house your sporting activity, the Upper Room at the Town Hall is also available for hire.

Catering & Bar Facilities

A bar is available for hire but no excisable liquor shall be sold or supplied without the consent of the Council unless a full or occasional licence under the Licensing Act 1964 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the venue shall be in force at such time.  The hiring of a bar and the obtaining of the licence is the responsibility of the Hirer and any such licence must be produced to the Booking Officer before the commencement of the hiring.

The Town Hall also has a fully equipped kitchen available for hire in order that the caterer of your choice can service your event.

Sporting Activities

The Main Hall and Upper Room can be hired for sporting activities, i.e. Badminton, Aerobics, Tae Kwon Do, Kick Boxing.
