If we pay you direct, you can view details of your tenant’s Housing Benefit online by using our Self Serve facility. Details you can view include:
- Entitlement
- Payments
- Invoices

Direct payment of Local Housing Allowance
You can request direct payment of Housing Benefit if your tenant is more than 8 weeks behind with their rent, by completing our ‘Direct payment of Local Housing Allowance form’.
